Global Money Week

Global Money Week (GMW) is the annual event promoted by the OECD with the aim of raising awareness among young people from pre-school age on the importance of acquiring knowledge, abilities and behaviours necessary for making financial decisions consistent with their needs and possibilities.

Since its launch in 2012, the event has reached over 60 million young people in 176 countries.

Since its launch in 2012, the Committee on the Planning and Coordination of Financial Education Activities has been coordinating this initiative for Italy.

The event is open to organisations, schools, companies and associations that wish to promote free initiatives and events on financial education issues aimed at young people.
